In May 2021, Cain partnered with FREO Group and acquired a 50 per cent stake in Koryfeum, an 865,420 sq ft (80,400 sqm) office development in Munich.
Comprising a total of six buildings, Koryfeum will be delivered in three phases, the first of which will be in H2 2022, and will target leading ESG certifications, including DGNB, WiredScore and WELL. In addition to providing flexible floor space, Koryfeum will offer tenants a range of amenities, including restaurants, sports and recreational facilities in a green environment. The office development is located on Landshuter Strasse, a fast-growing technology and innovation hub in Munich-Unterschleissheim. This well-established office submarket in the northern suburbs of of the city is located 20 km from the city centre and well-connected via public transport.
