Cain is seeking to expand its Miami team and is seeking an analyst to be based in Miami and support its existing portfolio and continued growth in the South Florida market.
Currently, Cain’s portfolio in South Florida consists of six projects that include office, residential, hospitality, land, and a multi-phased / master-planned site in various stages of development. This includes three high-profile ground-up developments currently under construction: (1) 830 Brickell, a Class A trophy office tower which will include over 625,000 square feet of Class A office space, (2) Missoni Baia, a 249-unit luxury condo development in Miami’s Edgewater submarket, and (3) Una Residences, a 136- unit luxury condo development in South Brickell. Cain also owns a future residential development site in Edgewater and is overseeing the redevelopment of the Delano Hotel in South Beach.
In addition, in August 2020, Cain became the largest landowner in the urban core of Ft. Lauderdale by investing in a nearly 7-acre site as a co-GP. This site will be part of a multi-phased development, with Tower 1 breaking ground in 2022.
