Daniel joined Cain International in 2017 and leads the firm's investment origination and execution activities across the UK and continental Europe.
He brings over 20 years of real estate fund investment experience and, since joining, has overseen the implementation of Cain’s European fund strategy, initial capital raising and the execution of new investments across key markets in Europe with a combined multi-billion dollar GDV spanning the office, logistics and residential sectors.
Prior to joining Cain International, Daniel was a managing director at Tristan Capital Partners for seven years, where he sourced and closed over €2.5 billion of transactions. Before that, he spent five years with MGPA, as head of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), opening MGPA’s regional office and specialising in regional acquisitions. Prior to MGPA, Daniel worked at Heitman for three years.
In February 2010, Daniel was awarded Professional of the Year at the CEE Retail Awards. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Anderson and holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Leeds.
