Krissy Saraceno

Krissy Saraceno joined Cain International in 2021 to support the US Real Estate team’s hospitality strategy. She focuses on the development and asset management of 1685 Collins Avenue and Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences, while additionally providing support on private equity acquisitions.

Before joining Cain International, Krissy worked for AEW Capital Management as an associate, where she was responsible for asset managing industrial, office, and multifamily core assets in the US.

Krissy holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Dartmouth College. An avid cyclist, Krissy is an regular participates in the annual Pan Mass Challenge, a two-day, 160-mile charity bike ride across Massachusetts raising money for cancer research. She has raised over $30,000 for this worthy cause.
