Finance Manager
Matt joined Cain International in 2022 as a finance manager and is responsible for financial reporting of the company, with a focus on the company’s U.S. investments.
Before joining Cain International, Matt worked for Rawson Property Group as their Group Financial Manager, where he was responsible for the overall financial management of the group’s real estate and mortgage business. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche LLP, within their real estate practice.
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of California, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been admitted to the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a B. Com Fin. Acc. and a P.G.Dip.Acc from the University of Cape Town.
