John joined Cain International in 2014 and is responsible for helping to build the firm’s franchise, primarily focusing on structured debt provision in the UK, Europe and the United States. John has some 30 years of experience in real estate debt lending and has been involved in underwriting over £5bn in debt transactions.
Before joining Cain International, John was a director of global real estate and infrastructure businesses at Guggenheim Investments, a global investment and advisory firm with more than $260bn in assets under management. Prior to Guggenheim, he was head of UK real estate finance at Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg (LBBW), where he oversaw the bank’s re-entry into the UK lending market. He was also involved in a number of large bilateral loans, a significant change from the bank’s previous strategy of pursuing largely participative relationships. Prior to LBBW, he was a senior director at Santander UK where he helped create a new corporate real estate lending business with a book approaching £3bn in commitments. John held positions at Deutsche Postbank London and Bank of Scotland before joining Santander UK.
John is a qualified FA coach and manages a local girls’ under-15 team for Flitwick Eagles FC, an accredited FA partner club and Silver Arsenal FC partner in the Bedfordshire League.
Graham joined Cain International as a principal in 2018. Graham is involved in every aspect of the investment process and is integral to sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing deals. He has over 18 years’ experience in real estate, debt investment and banking.
Before joining Cain International, Graham spent over 12 years at Barclays Bank, where he ultimately served as a director on the bank’s Specialist Real Estate Team. Previous roles at Barclays include serving as a director in the structure property debt finance team, a director within the Business Support & Recoveries Team, and an associate director within the PFI & Structured Project Finance Team.
Graham is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and completed London Business School’s Corporate Finance Learning Programme.
Matteo joined Cain International as a principal in 2014 and plays a central role in the company’s UK and European real estate debt business.
Before joining Cain International, Matteo was a vice president of global real estate and infrastructure at Guggenheim Investments. Prior to Guggenheim, he worked as a banker within the real estate finance teams at Citi, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland for nine years. During this period, Matteo focused on structuring and executing real estate development loans and pan-European CMBS transactions.
Matteo graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
Tanja joined Cain International in 2015 and plays a key role in the company’s real estate debt team.
Before joining Cain International, Tanja spent two years in the debt investments and special situations team at LaSalle Investment Management, underwriting real estate mezzanine and whole loan transactions. Previous experience includes real estate asset and investment management and real estate consultancy in a number of European countries.
Tanja is an Austrian national and a native German speaker, as well as being fluent in English and French. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in real estate and facility management from Kufstein University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Science, with distinction, in real estate finance from the University of Reading.
Marina joined Cain International in 2017 as an analyst specialising in real estate debt.
Before joining Cain International, she worked at Contour Capital where she focused on mezzanine financing for developments in London and the South East.
She holds a Master of Science in real estate from the University of Reading, as well as a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from the International Real Estate Business School, University Regensburg.
Harry joined Cain International in 2018 as an analyst responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of debt transactions within the development sector, alongside the ongoing monitoring of existing debt investments.
Before joining Cain International, Harry spent two years at Knight Frank as an investment analyst.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Arts in engineering from Stellenbosch University.
Richard joined Cain International in 2015 and is responsible for leading the firm’s investment and asset management activities across Europe. Since 2015 Richard has built an experienced multi-disciplined team, overseen the development of the UK portfolio and expanded the firm into Continental Europe.
Prior to joining Cain International, Richard was managing director at Oxford Properties the real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS), the C$97 billion (December 2018) Canadian Pension Plan. Richard was a founding member of the Oxford Properties European team and between 2010 and 2015 was responsible for Investment and asset management activities, including three development partnerships with British Land, Brookfield and The Crown Estate and the acquisition of five central London office and retail investments and a large South Eastern England office park.
Before Oxford, Richard was European development director at MGPA, where he had responsibility for the funds development and asset management activities across Europe including France, Poland and the UK. In addition, Richard has held senior positions with Lend Lease, the Australian property group, where he worked in the UK, Germany, Spain and Poland and also with Laing O’Rourke, the international construction group.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in quantity surveying from Liverpool John Moores University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 1992. He has undertaken leadership programmes at Harvard and Ivey Business Schools and holds a diploma from the Institute of Directors (IOD - UK) in company direction.
Eric joined Cain International’s New York office as a principal in April 2017. He plays a key role in real estate asset management and acquisitions of development assets in the United States. Eric brings 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions across the world, both debt and equity related. He has had responsibilities in real estate asset management and development.
Eric’s previous roles include senior vice president at The Witkoff Group, a US real estate investment and management company, where he evaluated and structured real estate equity investments, managed operations with joint venture partners, supported capital raising and oversaw asset management mainly on commercial real estate.
Prior to The Witkoff Group, Eric was a director at Strategic Value Partners, a privately owned $4bn investment fund manager focused on distressed and deep value opportunities, where his role was to source and evaluate real estate debt investments and value assets across all major property classes. He was also a vice president at Starwood Capital Group and an associate at Brown Brothers Harriman.
Eric holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California (Berkeley) and a bachelor’s degree in mathematical economics, magna cum laude, from Colgate University.
Robert joined Cain International as a principal in 2015 and focuses on the company's core real estate development activities, including The Stage, the £750m GDV project in Shoreditch. He has more than 20 years of real estate experience.
Before joining Cain International, he spent ten years at Hammerson PLC, a FTSE 100 company, and managed large-scale mixed-use development and investment opportunities within Central London. These include London Wall Place, Bishopsgate Goodsyard and 60 Threadneedle Street – Hammerson. Prior to Hammerson, Robert held positions with Derwent London Plc and Allsop.
He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in land management from the University of Portsmouth and is a Liveryman of the City of London.
Daniel joined Cain International in 2017 and leads the firm's investment origination and execution activities across Continental Europe.
Daniel has over 20 years of real estate experience across Continental Europe. Prior to joining Cain International, Daniel was a managing director at Tristan Capital Partners for seven years, where he sourced and closed over €2.5 billion of transactions. Before that, Daniel spent five years with MGPA, where he was head of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), specialising in regional acquisitions, which amounted to over €1.5 billion over the five-year period. Priot to MGPA, Daniel worked at Heitman for three years where his role included managing acquisitions for a pan-European logistics fund.
In February 2010, Daniel was awarded Professional of the Year at the CEE Retail Awards. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Anderson and holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Leeds.
Aidan joined Cain International in 2017 and is responsible for the firm's project management activities across the UK.
Prior to joining Cain International, Aidan was a project director for the re-development of Battersea Power Station in London and prior to that Aidan worked with Brookfield Properties and Brookfield Multiplex leading a number of high profile London developments including 100 Bishopsgate and London Wall place.
Aidan holds a Bachelors of Science in civil engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
Liam joined Cain International as a senior vice president in 2017 and is responsible for the management of investments and transactions for heavy refurbishment or development projects across the UK and Europe.
Before joining Cain International, Liam was a vice president at BlackRock, where his work focused on transactions and development consultancy, buying, delivering and selling development or heavy refurbishment projects across a UK core plus fund and pan-European opportunistic funds. Prior to BlackRock, Liam spent time at MGPA and Deloitte.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in chemistry with a specialisation in medicinal chemistry from the University of Warwick.
Christopher joined Cain International in 2014 and has played a central role in growing and overseeing the company’s US equity portfolio including Missoni Baia, Una and The St. James. In 2019, Christopher relocated to Los Angeles to oversee Cain International’s investments on the West Coast including the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hilton and 9900 Wilshire Boulevard.
Before joining Cain International, Christopher was an associate at CenterCap Securities, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on structuring and executing investments in the real estate and financial services sectors. Prior to CenterCap, Christopher was with CSV Capital, underwriting distressed debt and opportunistic equity investments in real estate.
Christopher graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance.
Matt joined Cain International in 2017 and is responsible for the execution of equity investments, including underwriting, due diligence, closing, and asset management.
Before joining Cain International, Matt was a member of the real estate investment team at Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to Cerberus, he began his career in Morgan Stanley’s Real Estate Investing Group, working on acquisitions for its MSREF and PRIME funds.
Matt graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and urban studies and a minor in real estate.
Matthew joined Cain International in 2017 and specialises in origination, execution and asset management of US equity and debt investments throughout.
Before joining Cain International, Matthew was a member of the investment team at Brockton Capital, where he engaged in investment opportunities across a range of sectors including office, residential, industrial, retail and data centres. Prior to Brockton, Matthew was based in New York as a member of UBS's foreign exchange trading desk, assisting hedge funds and institutions in the formation and implementation of macro strategies.
Matthew graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in finance.
Adam joined Cain International in 2014 and plays an integral role in managing the company’s private equity investments and its joint venture with Galliard Homes.
Prior to joining Cain International, he spent five years working in the banking sector focused on real estate and leveraged finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, structuring and executing transactions.
Adam is a charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute and graduated from Manchester Business School with a first-class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in management, with a specialism in international business economics.
Nicole joined Cain International in 2016 and specialises in UK equity investments, working on Cain International’s portfolio across Europe as well as on Islington Square and Maslow’s Mortimer House.
Before joining Cain International, Nicole spent a year working at Aprirose as an analyst. Prior to that, she was at Triovest Realty Advisors in Toronto, where she underwrote over $2B worth of real estate investment opportunities in retail, office and industrial on behalf of Canadian pension funds including Greystone, Canada Post, CPPIB and Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan. Nicole began her career at Colliers International.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in business administration from Richard Ivey School of Business, London, Canada and a postgraduate certificate in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia, Toronto, Canada.
Tim joined Cain International in 2018 and is involved in working on the company’s joint venture with Galliard Homes and Maslow’s Mortimer House.
Before joining Cain International, Tim worked for EY for six years, during which time he acted as advisor to Patron Capital, a pan-European equity investor focussed on property-backed investments; Ladbrokes plc and Gala Coral Group; Ltd; Fairhome Group plc, a leading provider of Specialised Supported Housing in the UK; and PATRIZIA Immobilien AG.
Tim is an ICAS Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in accounting and finance from the University of Warwick.
Niall joined Cain International in 2018 as an associate specialising in European equity investment and asset management.
Before joining Cain International, Niall worked as a transactions associate for Cavendo AB in Stockholm underwriting Swedish and Finnish investments. Prior to Cabendo AB, Niall spent more than three years at Hines, first as an analyst in Hines Europe’s Office of Investments and later as a development analyst at Hines Ireland, where he worked on one of Ireland and Europe’s largest development projects, Cherrywood Special Development Zone.
Niall holds a Master of Arts in modern languages from the University of Cambridge. Niall has cycled more than 1,000km since 2015 to raise money for charities such as Centrepoint. He also volunteers with upReach, a social mobility charity.
Matteo joined Cain International in 2019 as an analyst specialising in European and UK equity investment.
Before joining Cain International, Matteo worked as an analyst at Cromwell Property Group for over a year. During that time, Matteo managed a 52-asset €650m value-add fund spanning retail, logistics and commercial sectors in Germany, France and the UK. He also assisted in the acquisition of office and logistics assets totalling €350m across Finland and France. Prior to Cromwell, Matteo spent almost a year at BNP Paribas.
Matteo holds a Master of Science in structural engineering from UNSW Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Surrey.
Victoria joined Cain International in 2018 as an analyst specialising in European equity investments.
Before joining Cain International, Victoria spent more than a year as an analyst at Eastdil Secured, where she advised on the acquisition financing of 4,000 housing units across France, known as Project Vesta (representing €1.4bn).
Victoria holds a dual master’s degree in finance and law from Sciences Po Paris and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a Bachelor of Arts from Sciences Po Paris.
Andrew joined Cain International in 2018 as an analyst on the US investment team.
Before joining Cain International, he was an associate at Hanover Street Capital, an independent asset management platform for Deutsche Bank, where he oversaw a portfolio of debt positions for its Special Situations Group.
Andrew graduated from Colgate University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts focusing on international relations and economics. He is also an active member of ULI’s Young Leaders Group.
Neil is Cain International’s leasing director, specialising in retail. Having joined Cain International in February 2017, Neil is heavily involved in the Islington Square project.
Previously, Neil was Head of Retail Leasing at Grosvenor, where he was responsible for the leasing of the 1.65m sq ft Liverpool One retail and leisure development and the Grand Arcade 450,000 sq ft shopping centre in Cambridge. Whilst at Lend Lease, Neil delivered and managed the leasing programme for Bluewater, Touchwood shopping centre Solihull and Chapelfield Norwich shopping centres. Neil has also held vice president roles at MGPA, and then BlackRock.
Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and earned a BSc in urban estate surveying.
Elizabeth joined Cain International as its general counsel in 2017 and is responsible for the firm’s legal and compliance matters. She was instrumental in preparing the firm for registration as a registered investment adviser with the SEC and became the firm’s chief compliance officer in 2018.
Before joining Cain International, Elizabeth was in-house counsel at Eldridge Industries, where she structured complex transactions on behalf of portfolio companies spanning a wide range of industries including real estate, hospitality, entertainment, media and insurance.
Prior to Eldridge Industries, Elizabeth was in-house counsel at Cain Hoy Enterprises, where she drafted and negotiated transaction documentation in connection with debt and equity real estate investments and advised on and supported the origination of over $1bn in construction and development finance. Elizabeth also structured the acquisition of controlling and minority stakes in strategic joint ventures and operating businesses. Elizabeth began her legal career on the leveraged credit desk at Guggenheim Investments, the global asset management and investment advisory division of Guggenheim Partners.
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts in English from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Richmond. She was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2010 and is registered as in-house counsel in New York. She is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
Peter joined Cain International in early 2016 and is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial matters. Peter has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial industry, during which he has worked across the alternative asset management spectrum including private equity, complex credit, real estate financing and long-short equity.
Peter’s previous roles include finance director at Renshaw Bay, an alternative asset manager established in 2011 to focus on credit related strategies, where he was a member of the partnership and the firm’s governing body, co-chair of the operating committee and chair of the firm’s valuation committee. He also managed the finance and operations functions. Before that, Peter was fund financial controller at CapVest, a London-based private equity investment manager focusing on mid-market leverage buyouts and leverage buyout financing. Prior to CapVest, Peter held positions with Wingrave Yeats, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Lloyds Bank. Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in geography from Keble College, University of Oxford.
Peter is a Chartered Accountant and has been admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Since joining Cain International in 2015, Gary has overseen all finance aspects of the company’s corporate UK and European entities, including The Stage and South Audley Street.
Previously, Gary spent six years at TH Real Estate, acting as both European retail fund senior finance manager and corporate financial controller. Before this, Gary was senior management accountant at BNP Paribas, responsible for internal IT development functions financial control and reporting. Gary began his career at the Bank of America, where he spent four years specialising in financial and reporting analytics.
Gary has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 2007; he holds a BA in accounting and finance from Liverpool John Moores University.
Kimberly Weinberg is a senior financial controller responsible for the accounting and reporting of the firm. She has been with the company since its inception.
Prior to joining Cain International, Kimberly was an assistant controller at Guggenheim Partners, in the corporate accounting group. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Assurance department. Kimberly is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
She graduated from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, with both a BBA and a Master’s degree in accounting.
In November 2016, Marta joined Cain International as a finance manager and is responsible primarily for the accounts of The Stage.
Previously, Marta worked as a financial controller for Lands Improvement Holdings, where she was involved in due diligence leading to the sale of the group to the new investor. Prior to this, Marta gained experience in fund finance management at TH Real Estate and BlackRock.
Marta holds a BA in finance and banking from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as an MA in finance and accounting from Kozminsky University, Poland. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Callum is an entity controller at Cain International, having joined the company in June 2016. His areas of responsibility include Cain International’s asset management business and the Maslow’s Mortimer House project.
Callum holds a BA in economics and business management from Newcastle University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Jason joined Cain International in 2019 as a finance manager. He is responsible for financial reporting and technical accounting support.
Before joining Cain International, Jason worked as an audit manager in the real estate practice of Mazars USA LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm.
Jason holds Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and international business from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Maryland.
Lauren joined Cain International in May 2015. As a finance operations analyst, Lauren is responsible for the firm’s global accounts payable process and assists with accounting and finance matters. Since joining the company, Lauren has improved and standardised the payments process for Cain International’s US and UK offices.
Lauren has a BA in economics from Boston University; outside the office, she dedicates her time to fundraising for The Leukaemia and Lymphoma Society.
Veronika joined Cain International in 2018 as an assistant accountant working across a range of projects including The Stage, Islington Square and South Audley.
Before joining Cain International, Veronika spent two years as an analyst at One LDN, a boutique gym and fitness company. Prior to One LDN, Veronika also worked at Karhoo, a provider of transportation technology and Onfido Background Checks.
Veronika holds a Master of Science in management with finance from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Arts in politics and modern languages from the University of Essex. She is an ardent rower and competes with the Sons of the Thames Rowing Club.
Gena joined Cain International in 2018 as the firm’s senior compliance officer.
Before joining Cain International, Gena worked as vice president of compliance at The Riverside Company, a New York private equity firm, for more than 18 months. Prior to The Riverside Company, Gena spent nearly three years as assistant vice president of Ascendant Compliance Management.
Gena holds a Juris Doctor in business and financial services transactions and international law from Suffolk University Law School and a LLM in banking and finance law from Boston University School of Law. She was admitted to both the Massachusetts and Nevada Bars and became a certified anti-money laundering specialist in 2016.
Christopher joined Cain International in September 2017 as a member of its legal team. He is based in Cain International’s New York office but provides support for all the company’s teams and investments across Europe and the US.
Christopher received a Juris Doctor (JD) cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and has a BA cum laude in history and philosophy from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
Anna has been part of Cain International from its inception, working closely with CEO Jonathan Goldstein, as well as managing and recruiting support staff for the business.
Anna has worked alongside Jonathan for over nine years, joining Cain International from Guggenheim Partners. Prior to this, Anna worked at Heron International as PA to Jonathan in his role as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Before joining Heron International in 2010, Anna worked at Generator Group LLP as PA to the founder and managing partner. Anna has also held positions at Gleeds, Knight Frank, Pilcher Hershman and St. James’s Place Partnership.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in hospitality from Napier University.
Ellen joined Cain International as office manager in August 2016. Ellen brings with her years of experience as an administrator, having previously worked as a team assistant for Bird & Bird LLP in their intellectual property department.
Prior to this, Ellen spent 13 years as a personal assistant to the managing director of Foster & Cranfield, a specialist financial auctioneer.
Ellen’s proudest moment, outside of the office, is having performed in the opening and closing ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympics.
Amy Collison joined Cain International in February 2018 as a team assistant to the debt team.
Before joining Cain International, Amy worked for exchange trade fund provider Source UK Services assisting the sales, research, IMG and finance teams. Originally from Liverpool, Amy relocated to London and joined British Airways.
In 2007, she travelled the globe, spending time in the Middle East, and discovered her passion for travel.
Megan joined Cain International in 2019 as an executive administrative assistant to CEO Jonathan Goldstein.
Before joining Cain International, she worked at Accenture, a financial services management consulting firm for retail banking clients.
Megan holds an economics degree from the University of Cardiff. She is an enthusiastic runner having recently participated in the London Marathon to raise money for Breast Cancer Now.
Sophie joined Cain International in August 2018 as a team assistant supporting the Equity Investment team in London.
Before joining Cain International, she worked at Ariella Fashion's as office manager and personal assistant to the CEO, and subsequently becoming the company’s in-house public relations manager. Prior to Ariella Fashions, she spent a year and a half as a receptionist at McLaren Construction group. Sophie began her career as an actress.
In September 2017, Devon joined Cain International as a team assistant. She brings with her nearly five years of experience in operations management.
Previously, Devon worked at Lenox Advisors, having joined from Northwestern Mutual, where she held the role of associate financial representative.
Devon also donates her time to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Arkansas, acting on the Honorary Race Committee from 2013-2015 and as 2014 Survivor Race Chair. In 2014, Devon earned the title of Hot Pink Hero for individual fundraising. She holds a degree in history from the University of Arkansas.
Alexandra joined Cain International in 2016 as a team assistant.
Before joining Cain International she worked as a personal assistant to the head of technology and media at Drax Executive, a leading executive search firm.
Alexandra has her A Levels in economics, maths and English from St Mary’s School Ascot.
Ella joined Cain International as a receptionist in the London office in 2018.
Before joining Cain International, she spent 18 months travelling the world, spending time in New Zealand, Australia, and South East Asia. In Cambodia, Ella volunteered at a local school, where she taught English as a foreign language.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in photography from Southampton Solent University.
Ellie joined Cain International in 2018 as an executive administrative assistant to CEO Jonathan Goldstein.
Before joining Cain International, Ellie worked across a range of industries including intellectual property law, fashion, and asset management specialising in HR, marketing and office management.
Before working in London, Ellie trained at The Centre – Performing Arts College, where she studied dance and musical theatre.
Felicity joined Cain International in 2019 and oversees business development including product development, investor relations, capital raising, marketing and communications.
Before joining Cain International, Felicity was a senior director and a fund principal of CBRE Global Investors' flagship Pan European Core Fund, where she was directly responsible for investor relations, capital raising and fund strategy. In this role, Felicity oversaw the growth of the fund’s equity capital from €600M to €3.5 billion across 95 Limited Partners. Prior to her appointment to senior director, she spent three years as the UK investor services director and was responsible for all equity raising and investor relations for UK clients across the full suite of investment vehicles. Prior to CBRE, Felicity was a client services manager at Rockspring Property Investment Managers, where she was responsible for all existing investor relations and the planning and execution of new fund launches for value add and core plus European real estate investment vehicles and separate accounts. Prior to Rockspring, Felicity was a real estate manager for the European portfolio at Ford Motor Company. She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield.
Felicity qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2007. She holds an Investment Management Certificate (IMC), is an active member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and led the establishment of the IPF Tech Futures Group in 2018. Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts in geography from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science in real estate management from Oxford Brookes University.
Stephanie joined Cain International in April 2019 and is responsible for project planning and execution related to investor relations and business development.
Before joining Cain International, Stephanie was a product specialist for a $4bn global real estate fund at CBRE Global Investors where she was responsible forinvestor service, marketing & communications, business development and project management.
Prior to CBRE, she was an investor relations officer for the publicly listed companies Ocado and the Maersk Group where her responsibilities included financial market communications, investor and analyst relationship management, investor reporting, event and project management. During her time at Maersk, the company’s IR team was ranked #1 in the European Transportation sector by Thomson Reuters. Stephanie started her career as an investment analyst at ATP Real Estate.
Stephanie holds a Master of Science in applied economics and finance from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in business management & finance from the University of Surrey. She also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and completed CFA Level 1.
Yoni joined Cain International in 2017 to grow the firm's capital raising and public relations functions. Working alongside the CEO and key senior executives, Yoni is responsible for originating and maintaining the firm's strategic relationships as well as supporting product development and corporate communications.
Before joining Cain International, Yoni worked for Regent Capital, a boutique investment firm that offers tailored products in commercial property, media, and alternative energy. Prior to Regent Capital, he spent nearly a decade working in the international affairs and public policy arenas in the UK, the US and the Middle East, including roles as Head of Policy at the Jewish Leadership Council and as communications adviser to Israel’s ambassador to the UK. In 2010, Yoni worked at the White House, in the Office of the Chief of Staff to Vice President Joe Biden.
Yoni has a Master of Science in global politics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in international relations and Middle Eastern studies from Hebrew University. In 2000, Yoni co-founded "Wheels of Love," an annual charity bike ride which raises over $2m annually to support ALYN Hospital, an internationally renowned paediatric and adolescent rehabilitation facility in Israel.
