Neil joined Cain International in 2017 to oversee the leasing activities of the firm's UK projects, Islington Square and The Stage Shoreditch.
Before joining Cain International, Neil worked for Grosvenor as Head of Leasing, where he was responsible for the leasing of the 1.65m sq ft Liverpool One retail and leisure development and the 450,000 sq ft Grand Arcade shopping Centre in Cambridge. Prior to Grosvenor, Neil worked for Lend Lease as Head of Leasing, where he delivered and managed the leasing programme for Bluewater, Touchwood shopping centre Solihull and Chapelfield shopping centre Norwich. Neil has also held vice president roles at MGPA and Blackrock.
Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in urban estate surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
