Tanja Yerolemou-Ennsgraber
Head of Portfolio Management – Debt
Tanja joined Cain International in 2015 and plays a central role in the company’s Real Estate Debt team. She is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and execution of debt transactions, alongside overseeing the ongoing monitoring of existing debt investments.
Before joining Cain International, Tanja spent two years in the debt investments and special situations team at LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle), underwriting real estate mezzanine and whole loan transactions. Prior to LaSalle, Tanja worked in real estate asset and investment management and real estate consultancy across Europe.
Tanja is an Austrian national and a native German speaker, as well as being fluent in English and French. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in real estate and facility management from Kufstein University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Science, with distinction, in real estate finance from the University of Reading.
