Zach Aries

Zach joined Cain International in 2022. He provides legal support to the US and UK teams on real estate equity, real estate debt and private equity matters.
Before joining Cain International, Zach was an associate in Shearman & Sterling LLP's real estate group, where he represented institutional lenders, developers and private equity funds on a range of equity and debt transactions. Zach was involved in closing over $20 billion of transactions while at Shearman.
Zach has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He is admitted to the Bar in the state of New York.
