This unique project involves the redevelopment of 17-22 South Audley Street, a Grade II* listed building, which has been home to Thomas Goode & Co. since 1845.
The £150m redevelopment will ensure the historical significance of the structure is maintained while offering high-end retail and residential-led spaces in the heart of London’s Mayfair neighbourhood. Blair Associates Architects have been retained as the project’s architects and are supported by a professional team including G&T, WSP and Hoare Lea.
