The Printworks

The Printworks offers a choice selection of brand new studio and one bedroom apartments, set within a striking, restored warehouse from the Edwardian era.

The building has a rich history dating back to 1903. It was occupied by a printworks company that made labels for brands including Marmite and Guinness. The Freemans catalogue company also used the facility as its head office.

Located within a conservation area surrounded by charming, tree-lined Georgian terraces and classic Regency villas the development is located just minutes from fashionable Clapham, which offers an eclectic mix of trendy bars, quirky boutiques, varied restaurants and friendly cafes and the 200 acres of Clapham Common’s glorious green space. It is also within walking distance of Oval Underground station (Northern Line) and Stockwell Underground station (Northern and Victoria Line). Residents will have easy access to direct travel into the South Bank, City and north London.
