A range of asset management initiatives for the vacant building will be implemented, including plans to develop an additional 62,430 sq. ft. (5,800 sq. m.) alongside the refurbishment of the existing office space to create a modern innovative Grade A office, with certifications including BREEAM, WiredScore, and OSMOZ all being targeted.
The assets’ design will incorporate a progressive multi-function reception integrating break out and café space, which will act in tandem with the other amenities to be provided in the building including business centre and cafeteria. The addition of further terraces at various levels around the building, and a large skyline roof terrace with views over Paris will allow the building to occupy a unique position in the market and provide abundant outdoor space for occupiers.
