In September 2018, Cain partnered with Kennedy Wilson to develop Coopers Cross, a 395,000 sq. ft. (36,697 sq. m.) prime Grade A office-led development in Dublin’s North Docks.
Designed by award-winning Irish architects Henry J Lyons, the office-led blocks will span two buildings of 295,000 sq. ft. and 100,000 sq. ft. respectively. The buildings will include retail and amenity uses as well as town hall space, with floorplates ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. to 46,000 sq. ft.
The development will deliver the largest outdoor public park in the North Docks and some of the most sustainable buildings in Dublin by targeting BREEAM Outstanding and Platinum level certifications, including LEED, WiredScore, SmartScore and WELL.
