Our asset management strategy involves the comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning of the assets, improving certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, and achieving WiredScore ratings to provide progressive office buildings and campus locations to meet modern occupier needs. This repositioning will work in tandem with an enhanced lease-up and value creation strategies to establish assets that at the forefront of a dynamic marketplace.
