In 2016 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises, ‘Cain’) provided a bridge facility of £78M to support the Lodha Group in securing pre-sales and finalising the construction contract for a residential scheme located in Holborn, London.

Then in 2017, Cain followed this transaction with a construction loan of £290M to support Lodha Group’s development of a 221-unit high-end residential scheme situated across 208,000 sq. ft. of space.

C. 30% of all the residential units exchanged or reserved before the loan closed.

The loan was fully repaid in 2020.
