In 2015 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises) provided the acquisition facility to Mouskos LLP for the purchase of a Victorian office building with planning consent for a hotel or residential refurbishment.
The loan supported Mouskos to obtain further planning enhancements to include the demolition of the existing building and development of a new hotel with more keys.
The loan was repaid in 2016.
