In June 2020, Cain International and Alagem Capital Group announced plans to develop One Beverly Hills, a striking and dynamic mixed-use urban resort in the heart of Beverly Hills.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the award-winning architectural practice led by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Lord Norman Foster, and nationally distinguished landscape architect firm RIOS. The 17.5-acre site is currently one of the largest and most environmentally advanced private real estate development projects underway in the United States.

The site represents the unification of several properties adjacent to the iconic Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
