In October 2021, Cain International (‘Cain’), via its Fortwell strategy, provided a £52M loan to Audley Group for the development of the first two phases of Scarcroft Park, totalling 128* senior residences near Leeds.
The properties will be built in and around the restored Grade II listed building Scarcroft Lodge, set on 110 acres of land. The development will consist of cottages and two-bedroom apartments within Yorkshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’ between Leeds, Harrogate and York.
*Scarcroft Park has a total of 172 units available. Cain provided the investment for the first two phases of 128 units.
