In March 2022, Cain provided a £262M loan to Shinfield Studios, for what will be one of the U.K.’s largest film and television facilities.
The development will consist 18 soundstages, 11 workshops, five offices, a postproduction space and a hub area, all sat on a 65-acre leasehold site.
