In 2014 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises) provided a £390M facility to support Almacantar’s forward funding of a c.573,000 sq. ft. office development spanning two-buildings at Southbank Place.
One Southbank Place was fully leased to Shell International on a 20-year deal, and Two Southbank Place was leased to WeWork ahead of practical completion of the development.
The loan was repaid in 2019.
