In February 2016, Cain partnered with OKO Group to develop Una Residences, a 47-storey tower comprising 135 luxury condominiums with 150 feet of water frontage in Miami’s South Brickell neighbourhood. Upon completion, Una Residences will be the premier residential building on the South Brickell waterfront.
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the luxury waterfront Brickell condos at Una takes inspiration from classic yacht design.
