Cain’s Internship Programme offers an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various operational functions essential to the success of any organisation. This internship focuses on several key functions, including Human Resources and Admin support, or Investor Relations and Marketing and Communications, providing a well-rounded exposure to core operational departments that drive business performance.

Cain International Advisers Limited, the firm’s asset management and investment advisory division, is an SEC-registered investment adviser.



Responsibilities

  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives. Gain exposure to HR policies, performance management, and workplace culture strategies.

 

  • Marketing & Communications: Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, digital media strategies, media relations strategies and internal communications. Participate in content creation, brand messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

 

  • Investor Relations: Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and communications for investors and stakeholders. Gain experience in investor engagement, financial analysis, and corporate communication strategies aimed at maintaining investor confidence and transparency.

 

  • Administration: Provide administrative support across various departments, including scheduling, record-keeping, office management, and coordinating internal processes. Develop organisational and multitasking skills while contributing to the operational efficiency of the company.


Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma.

 

Relevant Skills or Experience:

  • Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Organisational skills: strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects or tasks.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group tasks.

Duration & Hours

  • 3 months
  • 9am – 6pm with 1-hour for lunch


Compensation

  • Pro-rated annual salary of £22,000
