This role, which will be based out of London, will support the development and execution of marketing & communication strategies that will drive the company’s reputation and partner engagement.

Reporting directly to Cain’s Head of Marketing & Communications and working closely with the firm’s investment and capital partnerships teams, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth during a pivotal phase.

Cain is a partnership between its CEO, Jonathan Goldstein and Eldridge Industries. Cain International Advisers Limited, the firm’s asset management and investment advisory division, is an SEC-registered investment adviser.



Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Cain’s media relations and external communications strategies by collaborating with the firm and its partner agencies to build and deliver corporate, strategy-specific, and asset-level media campaigns.:
    • Media Plans
    • Press Releases
    • Journalist Management & Press Meetings
  • Assist in drafting C-suite communications, including:
    • Annual Letters to clients, investors, and key stakeholders
    • Speeches and speaking points for interviews, panels, and industry events
  • Support the development and execution of all corporate marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Cain’s brand and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure a consistent narrative, strategic positioning, and uphold Cain’s brand and voice by supporting the senior leadership and investment teams in the development of:
    • Marketing, pitch, and presentation materials
    • Corporate and investment strategy summaries
    • Alternative marketing mediums, including videos, podcasts, and webinars
  • Collaborate closely with Cain’s product specialists, capital partnerships, and investment teams to standardise content, ensuring consistency across its marketing collateral.
  • Assist with internal communications from Cain’s C-Suite, including:
    • Business Updates
    • Annual Letters and Communication of Business Strategy
    • Support the development of Cain’s Monthly Newsletter and event wrap-ups
  • Support strategic updates and developments across Cain’s digital channels.
    • Management of Cain International’s LinkedIn presence
    • Ongoing management and enhancement of the Cain International website
  • Conduct research and analyse trends to support leadership, partnerships, and investment teams with firm-wide and business line strategies.
  • Manage commercial partnerships and coordinate logistics for events and industry conferences, including:
    • Manage submissions for awards and speaking opportunities and coordinate attendance to elevate Cain’s reputation and industry standing.
    • Ensure that teams are fully prepared with the correct collateral and research ahead of events.
  • Plan and execute Cain-hosted events, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals and maximum engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Support strategic projects for new business development initiatives.


Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Degree or equivalent

 

Relevant Skills or Experience:

  • Self-motivated, able to set priorities, multitask, and manage workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with a range of organizational levels and business lines
    • Ability to articulate Cain’s strategies to media and describe transaction activities and portfolio updates through clear, digestible mediums
  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities and analytical skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and suggest solutions
  • Ability to take a hands-on approach to all steps of material production, from strategizing to inputting data, drafting content and adjusting presentations
