Cain International Launches Charity Partnership With London Youth Charity, The Childhood Trust

London, UK – March 14, 2025 – Cain International (‘Cain’), the alternative asset manager specialising in real estate investment solutions, is proud to announce its new corporate UK charity partnership with The Childhood Trust (TCT), London’s child poverty charity, who are dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children and families. The partnership reflects Cain’s mission of creating tangible, meaningful change throughout the cities it operates in.

Through this multi-year partnership, Cain will provide annual support to The Childhood Trust. This funding will help the charity deliver essential services to children living in poverty, enabling them to access opportunities that promote educational success, social mobility, and emotional well-being.

Founded in 2013, TCT is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children across the capital. TCT works closely with grassroots charities, ensuring their efforts align with key goals in health, safety, resilience, and confidence. Through its matched-funding campaigns, TCT leverages donations to fund critical projects, with the aim of supporting over a million children in the next three years.

As part of this partnership, Cain employees will also dedicate their time to volunteering. Each member of the team will participate in one volunteer day per year, with activities ranging from decorating children’s bedrooms to constructing adventure play areas.

Jonathan Goldstein, Chief Executive at Cain International, said: “At Cain, we believe in supporting the communities we are a part of, and we are proud to name The Childhood Trust as our UK flagship charity partner. The Trust is doing vital work to support children facing real challenges, and by working together, we can provide them with the opportunities and support they need to build a brighter future.”

Josephine McCartney, Chief Executive at The Childhood Trust, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Cain International, who are joining us in our mission to alleviate the impact of child poverty. This collaboration will have a profound impact on the lives of thousands of children living in poverty in London, helping to ensure they have the opportunities and support they need to thrive. Through Cain’s generous funding and employee involvement, we can continue to make real, lasting change in the communities we support across London, ensuring all children have a healthy, happy and safe childhood.”
