London, 9 January 2025 – Cain International (‘Cain’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Feifer to the newly created role of Global Head of Capital Formation. Bringing over 25 years of experience and expertise, Lisa will join Cain’s Senior Leadership Team and help drive the firm’s capital-raising efforts and client offerings across its core growth strategies.
Most recently Lisa was with Civitas Investment Management, where she was Head of Investor Relations and Capital Raising. Prior to Civitas, Lisa spent over 13 years and was a Partner at Orion Capital Managers, responsible for capital raising and investor relations efforts working with global institutional investors on the firms pan-European funds. Lisa has also held roles at Lehman Brothers and Grove International Partners in London, having gained experience in real estate fund management and investments at AIG and JLL in New York City.
Based in London, Lisa will lead Cain’s capital-raising activities for its strategic growth initiatives, including its global luxury real estate and brand investment platform which includes investments in Aman, Delano, and its 17.5-acre One Beverly Hills mixed-use development. She will also concentrate on advancing the firm’s real estate alternatives strategies, with key focuses on opportunities in European net lease, industrial and logistics, and purpose-built student accommodation, further building on Cain’s merger with Blackbrook Capital in early 2024.

Lisa holds a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management (MRECM) from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) from McGill University.
