Cain Secures New Letting With ReRopes Ltd at Blueprint Erith
05 November 2025 – Cain has agreed a 19,552 sq ft letting to Re-Ropes Ltd at Blueprint Erith, the last mile logistics hub in Cain’s UK I&L portfolio developed and managed by Firethorn.
Re-Ropes, the first company in the UK to provide an independent supply and fit service to the lift industry, is the latest tenant to join the south-east London scheme, marking a significant milestone with over 50% of Blueprint Erith now leased.
The transaction reaffirms Blueprint Erith’s emerging position as a next-generation logistics and industrial hub with modern facilities and strong connectivity. Situated within the Erith / Belvedere Industrial Zone, the site provides access to the M25 and South Circular Road in under 15 minutes. In addition to its modern specification, the warehouse and Grade A mezzanine office spaces are fitted with sustainable design features and modern welfare facilities, with a net-zero carbon construction and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
