Located in Ketsch, in the Rhine-Neckar region south of Frankfurt, this prime logistics development is positioned at the heart of one of Germany’s strongest economic corridors. The site was acquired in 2023, with construction commencing in early 2024 and completion scheduled for January 2025.
The scheme will deliver more than 23,000 sqm of modern logistics space across a 40,000 sqm site, designed to meet the needs of international occupiers.
Targeting DGNB Platinum certification, the project incorporates advanced sustainability measures and efficient design. Built on schedule and tracking under budget, it is set to establish a new benchmark for logistics in the region.
