storey freestanding office tower
In February 2016, Cain partnered with OKO Group to develop 830 Brickell, the first freestanding Class A+ office tower built in Miami’s Brickell district in more than a decade.
The 55-storey building comprises more than 650,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space with ground-floor retail and has attracted a roster of world-class tenants including Microsoft, Citadel, Kirkland & Ellis, Thoma Bravo, Marsh Insurance, Sidley Austin, Banco Santander and CI Financial — many establishing their first Miami presence.
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, with interiors by Italian firm Iosa Ghini Associati, the 724-foot tower holds LEED Gold certification and is Wired Certified, with energy-efficient features such as full-height insulated glazing, low-E tinted glazing, and a hurricane-impact glazing system.
