One Beverly Hills is a 17.5-acre project that will unify the historic Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria hotels with over 10 acres of public and private botanical gardens, open space, and luxury retail and dining offerings. This project will also introduce Aman’s first urban offering to North America’s West Coast, featuring a limited number of Aman-branded residences, luxury hotel, and an exclusive Aman members club.
Currently, this site is one of the largest privately funded real estate development projects underway in the United States. It has been master-planned by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Lord Norman Foster, in collaboration with renowned firm Kerry Hill Architects (KHA), with RIOS spearheading the development’s landscaping and botanical gardens, which will feature over 200 species of California native and water-wise plants and trees.
As part of the masterplan, The Beverly Hilton will also undergo a complete restoration with significant upgrades with interiors designed by the internationally acclaimed David Collins Studio.
One Beverly Hills will further benefit from over 200,000 square feet of commercial space, inclusive of the Aman club, featuring luxury retail offerings, fine dining, and conference facilities, all interconnected by walking and biking paths within the site’s lush gardens and open spaces.
