Net Lease

We provide long-term capital to businesses through Sale-Leaseback and Build to Suit structures, as well as acquiring mission-critical net leased assets supporting the product life cycle such as convenience-led retail, R&D, cold storage, IOS, life sciences, recycling and data centres.
Our approach prioritises income security, income continuity, inflation protection and asset value preservation.

Value-Add / Opportunistic
We acquire and fund the development of modern, ESG-optimised logistics assets across key European corridors. Our sites often benefit from substantial power availability and can be suitable for higher capacity use such as industrial and data centres.
We target what we believe to be high-demand, low-supply locations and focus on efficiency, sustainability and occupier alignment.
