Cain and Partners Begin Vertical Construction on One Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills, CA – Cain has reached the next major construction milestone at One Beverly Hills, the transformational 17.5-acre site that aims to redefine luxury living at the western gateway of Beverly Hills. The start of vertical construction, marked by the first concrete pours, signals the transition from foundational work to the buildings taking shape, underscoring the significant progress already achieved on-site.
This phase follows extensive progress since the project broke ground in 2024, including demolition, drilling geothermal wells, utility installation, and infrastructure and site preparation. Phased delivery will begin in 2027 with the Aman Residences and commercial space.
Master-planned by Foster + Partners, One Beverly Hills will unite hospitality, wellness, retail, and dining across 17.5 acres. At its center, the development will introduce preeminent lifestyle and hospitality brand Aman to the West Coast for the first time, with two Aman-branded residential towers, a hotel, and global Aman Club designed by Kerry Hill Architects. As part of the master plan, The Beverly Hilton will undergo a comprehensive redesign to elevate its guest experience.
The development’s 10 acres of botanical gardens and open space, designed by RIOS, will provide the setting for experiential, retail, wellness, and dining concepts. Casa Tua Cucina, Los Mochis, and Dolce&Gabbana headline the first wave of partners, joining a curated mix of up to 45 distinctive concepts that will further elevate Beverly Hills’ celebrated culture of shopping and dining.

The project expects to bring more than 2,700 direct construction jobs to the region. Turner Construction Company is leading all on-site construction for One Beverly Hills and will also oversee the contracting process for construction-related work. In addition, Turner will provide outreach, education, and support to help diverse businesses and local job seekers understand upcoming opportunities and prepare to participate in the project. All of this work will be done in coordination with Cain and its partners.
The two Aman residential towers will be delivered by Layton Construction and Suffolk Construction, respectively, while PCL is leading construction of the Aman Hotel.
