One Beverly Hills Shares Preview of Retail Partners — Dolce&Gabbana, Casa Tua Cucina, and Los Mochis — Within 200,000 Square Feet of Curated Luxury Retail and Dining

Beverly Hills, Calif. 24 September – One Beverly Hills, the 17.5-acre urban oasis developed by Cain International, today announces a preview of its upcoming retail and dining partners including Dolce&Gabbana, Casa Tua Cucina, and Los Mochis. These globally recognized names mark the debut of the project’s 200,000-square-foot curated retail offering that will bring fashion, beauty, wellness, and dining together in a singular destination.

Further anchoring One Beverly Hills is Aman Beverly Hills — the brand’s first US West Coast property — featuring a 78-key all-suite hotel, two residential towers, and Aman Club, alongside 10 acres of botanical gardens and open space that connect The Beverly Hilton, currently undergoing its most comprehensive renovation in its storied history, and the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.

Within the landscaped gardens designed by RIOS, One Beverly Hills will bring together up to 45 retail and dining concepts, each set within a distinct environment that blends luxury and nature. Residents and guests can move from one curated space to another, experiencing varied atmospheres and offerings intentionally created for Aman residents, the local community and international visitors.

For Aman Residence owners, One Beverly Hills provides an environment where every detail is designed for ease and discretion. Private gardens offer moments of calm, while world-class dining, shopping and thoughtfully considered experiences allow for seamless connection and effortless living. The result is a balance between the refined lifestyle of Beverly Hills and distinctive ethos of Aman.

Jonathan Goldstein, co-founder and CEO of Cain International, said:
“With Aman Beverly Hills and The Beverly Hilton at its foundation, One Beverly Hills will bring together some of the world’s most exciting brands and experiences. We are delighted to welcome Dolce&Gabbana, Casa Tua Cucina, and Los Mochis, as we aim to set a new benchmark for urban design, where luxury, lifestyle, wellness, and nature converge.”

Dolce&Gabbana
Dolce&Gabbana will introduce their newest boutique at One Beverly Hills — an exclusive extension of the brand’s celebrated Rodeo Drive presence.

Casa Tua Cucina
Casa Tua will debut its first West Coast Casa Tua Cucina at One Beverly Hills, spanning approximately 20,000 square feet. Founded by Miky and Leticia Grendene and celebrated for its intimate, upscale Italian dining and private club experiences in New York, Miami, Aspen, and Paris, Casa Tua brings its signature warmth and refinement to Beverly Hills. Casa Tua Cucina is an Italian kitchen and marketplace concept that combines multiple dining stations, a wine bar, and curated retail under one roof. Designed as both a neighborhood gathering place and a destination for culinary discovery, it will offer Italian delicacies, fresh produce, and artisanal provisions in a setting that blends the elegance of fine dining with the conviviality of a marketplace. Serving Aman Residence owners and guests, One Beverly Hills visitors, and Angelenos alike, Casa Tua Cucina brings authentic Italian craftsmanship to the heart of this landmark development.

Los Mochis
Los Mochis will make its U.S. debut with a 12,000-square-foot destination restaurant, anchored by a lush 2,000-square-foot secret garden that extends the dining experience and nods to the development’s botanical setting. Building on its pioneering culinary identity, Los Mochis Beverly Hills will unveil concepts exclusive to the U.S. market, including the country’s first Mexican-Japanese omakase at a hidden counter, the celebrated Tuna TEN Rei, and an award-winning late-night agaveria. Designed as a space of discovery, the restaurant blends indoor and outdoor environments with multiple dining experiences, from a bespoke sushi bar to an elegantly appointed private dining room. Entirely gluten- and nut-free, Los Mochis delivers a creative, health-conscious take on Mexican-Japanese cuisine that is as refined as it is vibrant, a natural complement to the timeless luxury and global influence of One Beverly Hills.

With phased completion beginning in 2027, One Beverly Hills is anticipated to generate an estimated $40 billion in local economic impact over the next 30 years, including $9 billion in new spending—further cementing Beverly Hills as a global capital of culture, commerce, and luxury. The project expects to deliver 2,700 construction jobs, contribute more than $100 million in public benefit fees and new public gardens, enriching the city with green space at its very core.

Retail leasing is being led by Cain International’s Brent Habeck, Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing.
