Ana Brant

Global Head of Customer Experience

Ana is a Senior Managing Director on Cain’s Equity team based out of Miami. She plays a key role in shaping Cain’s luxury hospitality strategy, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Before joining Cain, Ana worked for Wynn Las Vegas as a Vice President of Customer Experience & Loyalty. Ana has also held roles at Dorchester Collection, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and The Walt Disney World.

Ana holds a Doctorate in business administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
