Arthur Jennings
Managing Director
Arthur is a managing director within Cain’s real estate credit team in London and joined the firm through its acquisition of Fortwell Capital Limited (‘FCL’). Arthur leads the firm’s Fortwell credit strategy, which currently manages a multi-sector loan book in excess of £500M, principally within the U.K. and with credit sizes between £10M - £75M.
Prior to Cain’s acquisition of FCL, Arthur was the firm’s head of development finance and was instrumental in the development of the business. Prior to FCL, Arthur held roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and Qatar National Bank in London.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in geography from the University of Liverpool.
