Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing
Brent joined Cain’s Development team in 2024 as Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing, responsible for growing the retail portfolio at One Beverly Hills.
Before joining Cain, Brent previously served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he oversaw the merchandising strategy and leasing for multibillion-dollar, iconic developments including UTC in La Jolla, Topanga in Los Angeles, Valley Fair in San Jose, and the World Trade Center in New York City. He brings more than 30 years of commercial leasing experience with prominent developers and luxury partnerships having also previously held executive positions at Howard Hughes Corporation and Brookfield Properties.
Brent holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. degree from Carleton College.
