Jason Gutman
Senior Financial Controller
Jason is a senior financial controller on Cain’s finance team in New York, leading on all aspects of the Cain portfolio’s finance function, including: liquidity and capital management, foreign exchange hedging strategy and execution, investment fundings/redemptions, and group financial reporting and technical accounting matters.
Before joining Cain, Jason worked as an audit manager in the real estate practice of Mazars USA LLP (now Forvis Mazars), an international accounting and consulting firm.
Jason holds Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and international business from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Maryland.
