Before joining Cain, Joe was managing partner at Cavendish Corporate Finance, where he oversaw the firm's day-to-day operations while also originating and leading transactions across sectors such as software, industrial technology, financial services, chemicals, aviation, consumer, and business-to-business.
Prior to Cavendish, Joe spent over 20 years building Polaron, a diverse technology group, that went public on AIM in 2004 before being acquired by the Fortune 500 US-listed Cooper Industries. Following the acquisition, he became global head of Cooper’s energy controls business, where he established and expanded its US operations through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Joe graduated from University College London with a degree in electrical and electronic engineering with computer science.
