John joined Cain in February 2024, overseeing the construction of the podium portion of One Beverly Hills.
Before joining Cain, John worked for Krismar Development Co. as a Project Executive where he was responsible for complete management and construction of new capital projects.
John graduated from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa, with a degree in construction management and administration.
