Chief People Officer
Kirsty joined Cain International in September 2021 as its Chief People Officer, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in the human resources (‘HR’) field. She is responsible for driving the firm’s people agenda with a focus on values, talent management, driving inclusion and building a strong HR infrastructure.
Before joining Cain International, Kirsty worked in a number of senior HR roles across a variety of sectors including real estate, financial services, legal, management consultancy and fast-moving consumer goods. Immediately prior to Cain, Kirsty worked for the law firm Lewis Silkin where she was Chief People Officer. Kirsty possesses a broad range of HR skills and accomplishments in organisational change, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, talent management and employee engagement.
Kirsty is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is a qualified High Performance Coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business studies from The University of Edinburgh.
