Lucy joined Cain International in 2022 as an associate in the firm’s legal team. Based in New York, she provides legal support to all of Cain’s business lines on matters across the U.S., U.K., and Europe.
Before joining Cain International, Lucy accumulated 4 years of legal experience working for both Venable LLP in New York City and Allen & Overy in Northern Ireland. In these roles she worked on a range of products across multiple practice groups and jurisdictions, including real estate, finance and contract reviews for mergers and acquisitions.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queens University Belfast, Northern Ireland and participated in Fordham Law School summer program focusing on intellectual property law. She is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
