Matteo Milan
Managing Director
Matteo is a managing director within Cain’s real estate credit team in London. Matteo plays a key role in the origination and development of the firm's UK credit portfolio, as well as driving its expansion into continental Europe.
Before joining Cain, Matteo was a vice president of global real estate and infrastructure at Guggenheim Investments (‘Guggenheim’). Prior to Guggenheim, Matteo worked as a banker within the real estate finance teams at Citi, Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland. During this period, Matteo focused on structuring and executing real estate development loans and pan-European CMBS transactions.
Matteo graduated from Bocconi University in Milan with a Bachelor of Science in economics.
