Matt joined Cain in 2019 as a legal associate. He provides support to the U.S. and U.K. teams on all legal matters related to real estate equity, debt and private equity transactions.
Before joining Cain, Matt worked as an associate for a prominent litigation firm in New York, where he handled litigation and bankruptcy related matters.
Matt has been a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars since 2015. Matt holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
