Melissa joined Cain in 2024 and is responsible for supporting the construction unit within the Cain Development team.
Before joining Cain, Melissa worked for La Terra Development as a Project Coordinator / Office Administrator where she was responsible for managing the office and supporting the Project Managers with coordination between internal teams, outside consultants and subcontractors. During her time with La Terra Development, Melissa assisted with the close out of five multi-family projects in Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
Prior to La Terra Development, Melissa worked for Onni Group as a Construction Administrative Assistant.
