Deputy Chief Compliance Officer
Michael is Cain’s deputy chief compliance officer, providing guidance and support on the firm’s global regulatory matters related to the firm's real estate equity, credit, and private equity investments.
Before joining Cain, Michael was counsel and chief compliance officer at NuVerse Advisors LLC (‘NuVerse’) where he had broad responsibility for all legal and regulatory matters. Prior to NuVerse, Michael worked as an associate for a national law firm.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
