Sam is a senior vice president on Cain’s legal team in New York.
Before joining Cain, Sam was associate general counsel of Express Trade Capital, an international trade finance firm. Prior to Express Trade Capital, Sam was a federal law clerk for the United States Court of International Trade, as well as an executive at UJA-Federation of New York.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
