Stuart Morkun is a Vice President on Cain’s development team in Beverly Hills, California.
Before joining Cain, Stuart worked for Mitsui Fudosan America as their vice president of development, and Managing Director for the company’s investments in the Southwestern United States. Stuart has also held roles at Koll Development Company (KDC) and Opus West.
Stuart Morkun is a registered architect and licensed real estate broker in the State of California and a United States Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. Stuart holds a Bachelor’s of Science in architecture from the University of Michigan and the Masters Program in architecture at the University of Texas at Austin.
