Tim Brazier
Senior Vice President
Tim joined Cain International in 2018 and specialises in real estate equity investments across the firm’s European real estate portfolio. He has experience in sourcing, underwriting, and executing transactions as well as securing financing. He was also previously involved with a number of the business’ private equity investments.
Before joining Cain International, Tim worked with Ernst & Young, LLP’s real estate corporate finance team for five years and was part of the M&A and capital raising team advising institutional and private companies including Patron Capital, Ladbrokes plc, Gala Coral Group Ltd., Fairhome Group plc, and Patrizia Immobilien AG.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in accounting and finance from the University of Warwick and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. He previously volunteered with Kevin ‘The Lion Whisperer’ Richardson on his lion reserve in South Africa, promoting animal welfare and preservation.
