Maslow’s Group

Cain invested in Maslow’s Group in 2016 to support the growth of a premium members’ house platform that brings together work, wellbeing and hospitality in central London. Built for modern professionals, Maslow’s integrates high-quality workspace with wellness, culture and leading food and beverage concepts, with hospitality-led design and best-in-class F&B anchoring each house as both a place to work and a social destination.

The group operates members’ houses in prime neighbourhoods in urban markets. Mortimer House in Fitzrovia opened in 2017, offering private offices, meeting rooms, lounges, a gym and studio, event space and a destination-led restaurant and café. This was followed by 1 Warwick in Soho in 2023, housed within a converted period building featuring shared and dedicated workspaces, private studies, members’ lounges, a gym and studio, rooftop dining and Nessa, a modern British restaurant on the street level.

Maslow’s continues to expand across London, with a third house scheduled to open in Kensington in spring 2026, extending the group’s established model within a sustainably designed building.
